Eating Alkaline Foods to Light-in Your Body

Eat your grains (minus millet and buckwheat) rice, whole wheat and rye breads, eggs, cheese. Your second sight is blocked from swelling in the brain and corneas from acidity. On the other hand you could come into new relationship with your body and feed it as much alkaline energy as you can muster. The detoxification of acidic waste begins in water content of PH 8.5 and above, optimally 9.2. In order to achieve this, you would have to collect rain water during a thunderstorm or ionize your later. You will have to consume two quarts a day along with as many figs as you can reasonably find, along with all the tofu, apricots, spinach, beet greens, raisins, almonds, carrots, dates, celery, cucumber, cantaloupe, kale, chards and lettuce you can consume. Go light on the potatoes, pineapple, grapefruit, tomatoes, grapes, peaches, bananas and watermelon until a point beyond the summer solstice.

This is known as 'phyto macrobiotic' consumption. The greater the density of light required to create a substance, the more value it has towards enlightenment. That is why as it gets hotter, we eat lighter. But with the energy shifts at hand, we desire a high level of commitment in both conscious alertness and physical alkaline states. You are going to be amazed by the periodic glow of people’s auras and the sighting of nature spirits tending your garden. In order to capture the most light in a vegetable, it must be consumed within 30 minutes of it's separation from its source.
